To make it meaningful, there is one rule: phones and devices stay behind. In a modern company, the greatest luxury is often simple, undivided attention. Being present together on one task and finishing it.

Once the high seat is finished, you’ll climb up, take a team photo, and enjoy a moment of silence with a view. It’s a simple but powerful moment—a collective result that didn’t happen by chance. It happened because you functioned as a team.

Forest Lunch

While you build, a meal is prepared on-site, and then you’ll eat together in the forest. No rush, no “jumping on a quick call.” Just peace, quiet, and the feeling that this wasn’t just “another teambuilding exercise,” but an experience that truly leaves a mark.

Lucka and Luděk Čiba run their ranch as a place of mutual understanding between humans and horses. Luděk dedicated 40 years to traditional Karate, and today he brings many of its philosophical principles and mindsets into his work with horses. He guides people through the path of traditional horsemanship, which is built on understanding non-verbal cues, equine behavior, and the balance between pressure and release.

Lucka is an experienced rider and horse trainer. In addition to training, she manages the ranch’s daily operations and ensures the seamless flow of ranch life.
