Tips for trips in South Bohemia

Snake Pond

A natural pond ideal for summer swimming. You can go to it on foot through the forest (about 20 minutes) or by car in 5 minutes. There is a fireplace, so take your sausages with you!

Journey from the farm to Rybnik Hadi

Rybnik Velka Kuš

A great place for a day out with the kids – grab a paddle board, a blanket and head out. It’s about 30 minutes by foot, 5 minutes by car through the village of Vrbno.

Vrbno Stud Farm

Experience the countryside up close – among 40 Shetland ponies! Children can pet them and learn how to care for a horse. Just call Luca, the owner of the stud farm – you will find the contact details in your apartment.

It’s not far, in less than 5 minutes by car you are there.

Apitherapy in Vrbno

Do you want to relax on a bee hive and breathe "bee air"? By appointment with the owner you can visit the apitherapy centre – there are deck chairs and space to sit and relax. Also suitable for children.

This rarity is located in the next village.

Blatná Castle and the castle park

Known from fairy tales like The Madly Sad Princess. You can walk through the English park, feed the fallow deer or have a delicious coffee at the Oh my deer café. In summer you can rent a boat.
