Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 21 days before arrival, depending on the date of stay. In case of cancellation after this date and time, the guest pays 100% of the total price of the reservation.
Stays in the period from 20.12. to 3.1. (annually):
The stay can be cancelled up to 60 days before the start of the stay at the latest and the customer will berefundedthetotal amount paid. In the event of a later cancellation,the customer is liable for the full amount.
The refund will be made to the same account from which the original payment was made.
