Experience 1 Package: The High Seat Build

Building a sit in the woods is team building about the team, not the ego. Everyone in the company can be great, but under pressure it’s whether you can work together, get along and get things done. You’ll be given materials, tools and a clear brief: to build a stable seat together in 4 hours. No cell phones or devices – just a plan, hands and team spirit. When you’re done, you climb up, take a photo together and have a moment with the view as a reward. Meanwhile, we’ll cook you a sumptuous lunch in the woods.

Experience 2 Package: Equine-Assisted Learning

The horse is a noble animal. At Mračov Farm we offer a beautiful activity focused on learning about non-verbal communication with animals and also on working with the horse in a “pull, not push” way – without pressure and without stress. Even with such a large animal, great results can be achieved with this method. Attention, concentration and clear communication are key – and this is also very important among humans, especially in a corporate environment.

Professional package

The programme is tailored and focused on executive wellbeing and resilience in the VUCA world: how to manage pressure and uncertainty, build internal resilience, work with emotions, clarify personal and corporate “WHY”, strengthen team resilience and take away practical techniques for better focus and decision making. Included is a specific wellbeing plan for each leader.
