Experiential Activity: Building a High Seat in the Forest
When a team truly works, they build things an individual never could. Sometimes, quite literally.
In the corporate world, you know the drill: meetings, KPIs, pressure, and back-to-back calendars. Then comes a moment that reveals whether you are just a group of talented individuals or a true team.
This package is exactly about that moment. It’s not about who is the fastest or the loudest. It’s about how you talk to each other, how you trust one another, and how you make decisions and see things through.
What to expect
You will receive the materials, tools, and a challenge: build a stable forest high seat within 4 hours. No theory. A real-life situation where:
Someone must take initiative (without dictating),
Someone must maintain the structure and the plan,
Someone must watch over safety and details,
And most importantly: you must synchronize.
It’s corporate culture in a nutshell—minus the PowerPoint. Everything that is often “invisible” at the office becomes visible here instantly: communication, roles, trust, decision-making, and responsibility.
No phones. Seriously.
To make it meaningful, there is one rule: phones and devices stay behind. In a modern company, the greatest luxury is often simple, undivided attention. Being present together on one task and finishing it.
The Grand Finale: “We built this together.”
Once the high seat is finished, you’ll climb up, take a team photo, and enjoy a moment of silence with a view. It’s a simple but powerful moment—a collective result that didn’t happen by chance. It happened because you functioned as a team.
Forest Lunch
While you build, a meal is prepared on-site, and then you’ll eat together in the forest. No rush, no “jumping on a quick call.” Just peace, quiet, and the feeling that this wasn’t just “another teambuilding exercise,” but an experience that truly leaves a mark.
