Experience 2 Package: Equine-Assisted Learning
If you are looking for an experience that is calm, profound, and yet surprisingly practical for team dynamics, our Equine-Assisted Learning package is the perfect choice. A horse provides immediate, honest feedback on your communication style—without masks, excuses, or pressure. In a safe and supportive environment, you will explore non-verbal communication and the “pull, not push” approach—cooperation without force or stress. This activity is about mindfulness, focus, and clear leadership—skills that translate perfectly into the corporate world.
The session is led by Luděk and Lucka Čiba. Together, we will dive into the world of natural horsemanship, where you will try foundational work with horses and gain concrete insights into yourself, your communication, and how you handle pressure and release.

Lucka and Luděk Čiba run their ranch as a place of mutual understanding between humans and horses. Luděk dedicated 40 years to traditional Karate, and today he brings many of its philosophical principles and mindsets into his work with horses. He guides people through the path of traditional horsemanship, which is built on understanding non-verbal cues, equine behavior, and the balance between pressure and release.
Lucka is an experienced rider and horse trainer. In addition to training, she manages the ranch’s daily operations and ensures the seamless flow of ranch life.
