THE POLICY FOR THE PREVENTION OF INFECTIOUS AND OTHER DISEASES
Disinfection of sanitary facilities (toilets, bathrooms, showers, baths): | Commonly available cleaning agents are used – Savo, Domestos,…. The cleaning company is equipped with the necessary PPE according to the OSH directive (rubber gloves, goggles, masks, work clothes). Cleaning agents with different active substances are regularly changed every month to prevent the emergence of resistant microorganisms. In case of contamination with biological material, decontamination is carried out. |
Disinfestation and extermination: | Performed at least twice a year. |
CLEANING
Cleaning: | Cleaning of all areas is carried out after the departure of guests. Carpets are vacuumed, smooth floor surfaces are wiped wet. Trash bins are emptied and disinfected after guests have left. Cleaning can be arranged during the stay (min. 7 nights). |
Quarterly cleaning: | General cleaning, incl. washing of windows, doors, lights, cleaning of mattresses. |
Painting: | 1x per year, possibly according to need and level of soiling |
Cleaning closet: | Cleaning tools and equipment are stored in the cleaning room. The room is locked and unauthorised persons are not allowed to enter. |
HANDLING OF LAUNDRY
Clean linen: | It is stored in racks in the clean linen storage room. Bed linen and towels are changed after each guest. Special bags are used for handling linen. Clean linen shall be protected from soiling and secondary contamination during transport by suitable packaging (washable and disinfectable or disposable packaging). The laundry shall be transported in such a way as to avoid damage to the packaging. |
Dirty laundry: | It shall be stored in a separate and ventilated warehouse. It shall be stored in leak-proof, sealable containers. A contracted laundry shall be used for cleaning. If contaminated with biological material, disinfection shall be carried out. |
Washing and ironing: | Laundry and ironing shall be carried out in a contracted laundry. |
FURTHER INFORMATION
Animals: | Pets are allowed in some areas by prior arrangement. Dog walking is only allowed outside the premises. Each animal must have its own kennel. |
Smoking: | Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the property. |
Animals on the farm: | No feeding of animals. Horses are fenced with electric fencing. Access to animals is only allowed by prior arrangement with owners. |
Parking: | Parking on the premises on paved areas. |
